Approx. 10-12 pcs.
Ingredients:
- 9 dl water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 10 g yeast
- 35 g flea seed shells
- 125 g teff flour
- 100 g sorghum flour
- 125 g millet flour
- 100 g corn flour
- 75 g mixed seeds and grains
- 3 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 tbsp. coconut fiber flour
Procedure:
- Mix water, vinegar, yeast and flea seeds in a mixing bowl and allow the mixture to thicken slightly while you weigh out the other ingredients.
- Add the other ingredients and mix the dough well on a mixer for 10-15 minutes.
- Let the dough rise under a tea towel for 1.5-2 hours.
- Pour the dough out onto a table sprinkled with seeds and cut it into 10-12 pieces. Shape the balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 38-40 minutes. Let them cool on a wire rack.
- If you want to bake bread, divide the dough in 2 and bake at 210° C for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
