Takes place through the Quickpay payment gateway.
PERSONAL DATA
When registering on our website and to be able to order through it, you must enter your name, surname, phone number, delivery address and e-mail in order for us to deliver your orders.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We store this information so you don't have to enter it every time you order food. The information is stored securely according to Danish law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 25, 2018 and will in NO way be sold, rented or disclosed to third parties.
DELIVERY
We consider delivery of your order from us to have been made when the item is received.
We ship nationwide, Monday through Thursday. We ship your order within 2-3 business days, depending on when we have received it.
PAY ONLINE
With us you can pay online, easily, quickly and securely. You can pay with MobilePay, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, VISA and Maestro.
SECURITY
When you pay by debit or credit card, the data you enter is encrypted via an approved payment server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that only the bank can decode and read your card details. Your card data is thus NOT stored with us and neither we nor unauthorized persons are able to see it.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal for fresh food products from the time of confirmation of the order. Any item ordered goes directly to production and is therefore considered to have begun after confirmation of the order.
CANCELLATION
If you receive the wrong product than the one ordered, please contact the restaurant STRAKS by phone. When canceling a transaction, the full amount will be refunded. Processing time is typically around 1-4 business days, but depends on the card type and bank used.
ABUSE
A) A card can be used a maximum of 7 times a week.
B) A card can buy a maximum of 10,000 per week.
C) No cash - neither deposits nor withdrawals.
D) Refunds are max 100% or less and only to the card used.
E) No manual chargeback to bank or unused card is offered.
When you place an order with us, your IP address is registered in our database, which protects us against abuse or fraudulent orders. Abuse will be reported to the police and your IP address will be handed over to the police.

COOKIES
The website uses "cookies", which is a text file that is stored on your computer, mobile or similar for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings and completing an order. Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as viruses.

DISCLAIMER
We make reservations for out-of-stock items, price changes and any errors on the website. We also cannot be held responsible for delays or viruses that have occurred as a result of the use of e-mails or use of the Internet. When ordering out-of-stock items, we will contact the customer immediately to make them aware of this. We are subject to the applicable laws and regulations on product liability at all times. In case of major maintenance, we will send an email to all our customers with information about this.
